Haven Stead and "we" mean Haven Stead, LLC; "you" and "your" mean you, the user of this website. Haven Stead provides this website to you under certain terms and conditions. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.
LEGAL DRINKING AGE
By using this website, you agree that you are of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the US). We ask you to provide your date of birth during checkout to verify your age. Wine shipments must be signed by an adult before they are delivered.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
In return for the benefits of joining one of Haven Stead’s Wine Clubs, you agree to receive a certain number of shipments per year, with the option of skipping one shipment per two shipping cycles. Haven Stead will provide you with wine costs and shipping dates via email, with options to skip or modify, with such requests being honored up to two business days before ship date. Requests made after this date may or may not be honored, depending on availability. Shipments will be billed to your credit card on file up to two business days before shipping. If the card is declined, Haven Stead will contact you to request alternative payment. Haven Stead reserves the right to substitute wine of equal or similar value if the originally requested wine is unavailable or out of stock.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Once wine has been shipped, the sale is final, and no refunds will be made.
